      2. Job description:

  • Manage and administer all activities of the Admissions Department. Have responsibilities  for the quality and effectiveness of the school admission.
  • Develop the strategy, manage and develop the company’s marketing channels.
  • Develop an annual enrollment plan, orient the development of training programs in line with the Company’s business orientation and meet the needs of students and parents.
  • Forecast and implement annual enrollment quotas.
  • Support trend analysis and results; establish a toll rate strategy; propose preeminent and competitive fee rates.
  • Evaluate the promotion, expand the influence of propaganda through partner channels; incentive programs, increasing customer benefits, scholarships to attract study promotion; Implement promotional work plans for each group of students.
  • Planning strategies, building plans, solutions and organizing the implementation of the School’s goals and policies for marketing activities, customer care and external affairs.
  • Search, expand networks with schools, and student supply agents.
  • Manage team of admissions consultants, ensure professional image and necessary professional skills.
  • Research, analyze and evaluate the market, competitors and potential customers to build appropriate communication strategies and plans of the Company.
  • Manage and develop the company’s marketing channels: website, fanpage, internal information channel, …
  • Plan short-term, long-term marketing plans according to the direction of the Executive Board and the Chairman of the Board.
  • Lead and have responsibilities for protecting the company’s image by keeping media information confidential and handling social media crises effectively.
  • Control, direct, guide and coordinate the implementation of communication programs: promotions, advertising, sponsorship, events, extra-curricular programs of the school…
  • Manage, train and develop a team of media departments with improved skills and professional knowledge.
  • Well organized archive student records.
  • Establish communication channels with parents effectively.
  • Support the work of teachers and student activities.
  • Follow up with the principal and resolve complaints from parents.
  • Organize the assessment/survey of parents, students, and teachers on service quality periodically and upon request as well.
  • Carry out other instructions from the Principal and the General Director of the Group upon request.
  • Carry out periodic and unscheduled reports to the Principal and the General Director of the Group.
  • And related tasks upon BOD’s requests. 

      3. Requirements: 

      – Degree and certificate/certification of participation in training:

  • University degree or above majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related majors.

      – Experience related to the position:

  • Have at least 3 years in similar positions, preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in the field of Marketing (Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, …)
  • Deep understanding of Marketing tools, understand of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing.
  • Candidates with experience in the field of education are preferred.

      – Relevant knowledge & skills:

  • Good management, administration, problem solving, work organization, planning, decision making, communication, presentation, and diplomatic skills.

      – Language:

  • Require good English skills.

      – Information technology:

  • Ability to use working software.
