     At SNS, the menu is applied according to the nutrition plan from Professor Hiromi Shinya. It has a balanced diet to support the physical development of SNS students.

     All menus are created to provide students with a balanced diet. The school has combined a variety of foods from 4 main food groups such as starch, sugar; protein; fat; rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. This system ensures a properly balanced diet and prevents nutrient overload. In addition, the school also processes nut milk every day to ensure both safety and nutritional drinks for students.

    Hygiene and food safety

   The health and safety of students are a top priority. The St. Nicholas School strictly applies standards and regulations on food hygiene and safety.
