Conquer St. Nicholas Scholarships – Seize the Golden Opportunity to Receive up to 70% Tuition Fee Support

St. Nicholas School (SNS) is pleased to announce the launch of the Scholarship Examination and Selection Program for March 2026. This is a golden opportunity for outstanding students with strong academic abilities, exceptional thinking skills, and comprehensive development potential to access an international-standard educational environment.

1. Program Objectives

The SNS Scholarship Program is designed for both current SNS students and external applicants. Beyond recognizing academic excellence, the program serves as a meaningful source of motivation, honoring students’ dedication and outstanding achievements.

Through an international-standard learning environment, SNS aims to encourage young talents to maximize their individual potential and confidently establish their identity. This program serves as a solid foundation to empower global aspirations, shaping a sustainable future and a seamless long-term academic pathway for the next generation.

2. Scholarship Categories

Round 1: March 21, 2026 – Applicable for the “Dream Wings” Entrance Scholarship and the Talent Scholarship (Application-Based)

Round 2: April 18, 2026 – Applicable for the “Dream Wings” Entrance Scholarship

St. Nicholas School System (a member of EQuest Education Group) offers two types of scholarships:

2.1. “Wings of Dreams” Entrance Examination Scholarship

Eligibility:
Students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 (external applicants only).

Selection Process:

  • Round 1: Application dossier review
  • Round 2: Scholarship examination and direct interview with the Scholarship Committee

Number & Value: Total of 16 scholarships

  • 03 scholarships: 70% tuition + 50% facilities fee
  • 03 scholarships: 60% tuition + 50% facilities fee
  • 10 scholarships: 50% tuition + 50% facilities fee

2.2. “Talent” Merit-Based Scholarship

Eligibility:
Students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, including both current SNS students and external applicants.

Selection Process:

  • Round 1: Dossier review
  • Round 2: Essay writing and direct interview with the Scholarship Committee

Number & Value: Total of 09 scholarships, categorized as follows:

SNS Global Excellence (02 scholarships) 70% tuition + 50% facilities fee

Awarded to students who meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • First/Second/Third Prize or Gold/Silver/Bronze Medal at International competitions in:
    • Academics (Olympiad, HKICO, STEM, Youth Informatics, IOE, Kangaroo Math, etc.)
    • Sports (Football, Basketball, Table Tennis, Swimming, Athletics, Badminton, Martial Arts, etc. – officially recognized international competitions)
    • Arts (Music, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, etc.)
  • Excellent academic standing in the most recent academic year
  • English proficiency certificate (if any)

SNS National Elite (02 scholarships) 60% tuition + 50% facilities fee

Awarded to students who meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Encouragement Prize at the international level or First/Second/Third Prize at the national level in the above-mentioned fields
  • Excellent academic standing in the most recent academic year
  • English proficiency certificate (if any)

SNS Emerging Talent (05 scholarships) 40% tuition + 50% facilities fee

Awarded to students who meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Encouragement Prize at the national level or First/Second/Third Prize at the city level in the above-mentioned fields
  • Excellent academic standing in the most recent academic year
  • English proficiency certificate (if any)

Note: Achievements must remain valid for at least 1 year from the application date.

3. Timeline & Application Documents

Important Dates

ROUND 1

  • Application period: January 2026 – March 15, 2026
  • Round 2 announcement: Expected on March 17, 2026
  • Final results: Within 7-10 working days after completing all rounds
  • Scholarship Day: 08:30 – 12:00, March 21, 2026

ROUND 2 – Applicable only for the Dream Wings Entrance Scholarship

  • Application Period: From March 25, 2026, to April 15, 2026.
  • Round 2 Candidate List Announcement: Expected on April 16, 2026.
  • Final Results Announcement: Within 7 to 10 working days after all assessment rounds are completed.
  • Scholarship Day – Round 2: 08:30 AM – 12:00 PM, April 18, 2026.

Application Documents Include:

  • Scanned copies of academic certificates, transcripts, awards, or equivalent valid certificates.
  • 02 ID photos (4×6 cm) taken within the last 6 months.
  • Additional portfolio (if any): Evidence of extracurricular activities, scientific research, community service, talent certificates, etc.

Required Documents

  • Notarized copies of certificates, awards, or valid equivalent credentials
  • 02 passport-sized photos (4×6) taken within the last 6 months
  • Additional portfolio (if any): extracurricular activities, research projects, community service, talent certificates, etc.

4. Scholarship Maintenance Conditions

  • Students must maintain Excellent academic standing and remain within the Top 10% of their class.

If a student fails to remain in the Top 10%, the scholarship will be adjusted as follows:

  • 50% scholarship: Excellent student, Top 20% of the class
  • 40% scholarship: Excellent student, Top 30% of the class
  • 30% scholarship: Excellent student, not within Top 30%

Additional Conditions:

  • Scholarships are not cumulative with other tuition discounts; families must choose the higher benefit.
  • Lower-grade students are required to submit a complete dossier and attend interviews similar to higher-grade students.
  • Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
