한국어St. Nicholas School proudly hosts the Central Vietnam round, where young talents embark on a journey to conquer global knowledge
Over 400 students from schools across Vietnam gathered at St. Nicholas School to officially kick off an inspiring academic journey in the Central Vietnam Regional Round of the World Scholar’s Cup 2025.
A journey of knowledge, full of challenges and inspiration
Across three dynamic days of competition, students engaged in a diverse range of intellectually demanding challenges across two divisions: Skittles and Junior–Senior.
From the Scholar’s Challenge, an individual test spanning multiple academic disciplines, to Collaborative Writing, which required creativity, critical thinking, and structured argumentation, each round pushed scholars to think more deeply and broadly. The Debate segment stood out as a major highlight, featuring passionate, high-level exchanges where students demonstrated fluent English communication, quick thinking, and remarkable stage presence.
The grand finale – Closing Ceremony at Trung Vuong Theater
Following two days of spirited competition, the event concluded with the Scholar’s Bowl, where teamwork, speed, and academic knowledge converged in high-stakes problem solving.
The official closing ceremony, held at the iconic Trung Vuong Theater in Da Nang, honored the most outstanding teams and individuals, marking the gateway to the upcoming Global Round 2025.
From tense pre-contest moments to intense focus during challenges, and the joyful triumphs when winners were announced, every moment painted a vivid picture of youth, knowledge, and the relentless drive to grow.
The World Scholar’s Cup is more than a competition. It is a journey that ignites a love for learning, nurtures global perspectives, and connects young minds across cultures and languages. Here, students learned to listen, collaborate, appreciate differences, and form bonds that transcend geographical boundaries.
